All of our equipment is available on a first come first serve basis. To guarantee the equipment you need and help us provide the service you expect, we suggest reservations be made as far in advance as possible.
We’re excited to announce that we now have an online reservation request form! Please note that in order to prevent overbooking, submitting a request is not a guaranteed reservation. We will follow up with a phone call to confirm the details of your reservation, and collect a deposit to secure your equipment.
Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to bus departure.
Buses will leave at the times listed below:
9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM
A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation.
Deposit amounts are half of the reservation total.
A cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is required.
If a cancellation is made after the 48 hour window is passed, the deposit (which is half of the total reservation) will be charged.
In the event that a reservation is made after the 48 hour window and the reservation is cancelled, the deposit will still be charged.
In the event of heavy rains or high water, a rain check will be issued after 12 p.m. on the day you are scheduled to float. These rain checks must be used in the year they are issued.
